My sons band, JukeBox Elly, used to play on the pier a lot. Great memories. Great place to hang out. Little disappointed no drinks in this vid. It's always time for a drink...😂😂😂

Well to me and my family garden city pier is a place we visit each year a couple times during our visit. Great bands great drinks and great fun and friendly people like the Boones. Sams corner and food well i confess i ate there 4 times last week for lunch. Great place quick service and fantastic food. Thanks guys for the video. Your really nice people. See you again soon. A great place to hang out. How about a early morning (between 7-9am) Garden City Pier fishing video? The people/fishermen out on this Pier in the morning are the friendliest people we have ever met. Friendly and easy to talk to.

At the beginning of the video it looks like the Eagles Beach Shop is closed down? Has it really closed after all the years it was there?

A couple of years ago we was fishing in Myrtle beach. We thought we would try Garden City. The man working there was extremely rude. We use PVC rod holders and he said people would think we were king fishing which they didn't allow and we would have to lean our $350 rods on the rail. He didn't even tell us politely. If you are smart enough about fishing to know what a king rig is you should be smart enough to know we was bottom fishing. First and last time there. We fish Apache and Springmaid now. Just got back from 5 days fishing in Myrtle beach.

Man, that's bad. I don't know that much about fishing, but you would think he would have known. Sorry you had a bad experience. The new Surfside Pier just reopened. Maybe you'll have better luck on that one. Thanks for putting that out there for other fishing folks to know.
