I love your garden and all its accessories. We love putting unusual things in the gardens. We love side of the road finds and yard sale finds plus my hubby John makes a lot of things for outside. I’m almost 76 and John is 80. I didn’t start my channel until later in life , almost 7 years ago and I’ve had a few people make negative comments but the majority of folks are wonderful. Don’t let negative comments get to you. I did subscribe to your channel and am looking forward to going back and watch more of your videos. Love and blessings.🌺🌼🌸

Mirrors are pretty, seems to make spaces look bigger, but it’s a death trap for birds. They try to fly through the „opening“ because they can not realize it’s mirror!

I just love your gardening process! This was my style when I lived in CA … I ❤️ succulents. But now I live in the southeast and have to adopt a whole new style and use of plants and my beloved ‘yard junk’ ( and even my favorite rocks 😊) that I hauled across country with me. Now I’m dealing mostly with rain, wind, and grass and weeds that grow literally before my eyes! I enjoy your videos so much!!

I keep meaning to try clear coat on a real canvas art piece (maybe a small $1.25 one from Dollar Tree) as I've read that protects them for using outdoors. I love owls, and they certainly do not scare away birds.

My hubby thinks that I am a junk hoarder, he just don't understand and make me so upset when I find out that he has thrown something away thinking that I will not miss it. He has OCD, so can you imagine what I have to deal with, I am a woman with a vision.

FYI: Mirror outside can cause a fire if placed near flammable materials (the reflection of the mirror combined with direct sun and flammable materials = Fire). Enjoyed the garden tour; you have given me a lot of good ideas to add fun to my garden.

A mirror also is dangerous to birds in your garden. They can become confused and fly into it.

I live in the Dallas area also and like you, I am a big fan of garden decor. I have lots of it throughout my garden and I even hung pots and things on the same black fencing you have. My small backyard garden area is colorful, and fun with lots of things to look at along with the plants. You should add some of the butterfly wind spinners that Temu has.

I love your garden and all the interesting rooms and garden ornaments. This year I added quite a few solar lights from Dollar Tree around my garden in different glass containers that have texture(?) and I call them my fairy lights and I am enjoying them very much! Just by adding a small mirror under or inside adds more interest even. Thanks again for sharing your garden with us!

Hi Barbara, Thank you! The table has been outside for over a year now. The green is chalk furniture paint by “Retique It” that I found on Amazon. I’m sure any chalk paint brand would work.
