Shannon, thank you so much for sharing all of your experiences with us through your vlogs. Honestly, your experience is priceless to anyone who is looking to move to France, retire in France, etc. You are truly a delight and I wish nothing but great things for you going forward.

thanks so much for answering my question in depth. It is what I was thinking but I was being told by multiple people that "dream" you told of. Now I can plan properly and actually helps expand my ideas on where to live! Merci Beaucoup!

You dropped a lot of knowledge in this episode, Shannon, and it was super interesting. I never thought about all it takes to get and have a car in another country. I really enjoyed your straightforward discussion about that. Also, after I watched the IG episode where you talked about papier d'Armenie, I was compelled to check Amazon to see if they offered the product. They do! It was more that two euros, of course; I think it was about $8, but I got a pack and it IS really nice! On the days I work from home, I burn it in my office in the morning, and the room smells nice for the rest of the day, even when my three dogs come in to hang out with me after playing outside. The vlogs are great - a nice little break from my own life to see what it is like to be in another country and hear about your adventures. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing this feedback, for watching and supporting my channel, and even buying the incense! You’re helping a wonderful family that has been in business for multiple generations. And I’m so glad that you are enjoying that scent. I love it too! I just posted week seven. And I hope you enjoy that video as well. 🥰

People should be asking...what size car should I buy, not if i should buy. Towns have streets, that wont fit, a typical large sized car. The town in Portugal, that we live, has streets that i need to pull in my side view mirror, just to pass through, and we have a small car.

This is good feedback to add to the conversation. I have a larger car and it can be very difficult to find parking, especially in the medieval towns. Small cars are much more convenient!

I can't like this! Poor you! I am a BIG opponent of Roundup (my niece died from Non Hodgkins Lymphoma). I hope your pets were inside, and you are safe.

Like this so others can see and help understand or learn from my experiences! Your comment and engagement means so much and helps others to find my channel. The girls and I were off site and at a work project when this happened (see week four vlog) but I agree with you - a chemical free property is best!
