Sweet potato fries > fries and it's not particularly close. A perfectly baked sweet potato fry is such a perfectly nuanced bite....crunchy yet soft, add good sea salt and it's the perfect sweet and salty combo. Also if you let the sugars begin to "burn" ever so slightly and then pull them you get a wonderful, subtle bitterness along with the sweetness. What a great food item!

Hard disagree. Sweet potato fries do one thing, you can have so many different cuts and crispness levels of regular fries. Sweet potato fruits are great, but they're a one trick pony.

There's a very direct link between diet and the development of certain auto immune diseases like Crohn's and colitis. When we're kids our gut biome is extremely sensitive and poor diet can cause some pretty serious health problems in the long term. And I'm not some hippie or something
