Akiza's role got scraped because of some real world stuff. The Japanese va for Carly was revealed to be a member of a cult, so she was replaced by a different va (also the reason why her romance with Jack got dropped). The execs wanted to make it perfectly clear that they weren't pro-cult, so they scrapped most of the story they were planning for Akiza, due to Arcadia being a cult.

Presumably White Rose’s level-based restriction on the dumping effect is to prevent Dandylion (in the OCG) and/or Glow-Up... Things? You can still do stuff like dump Gigaplant (yes I said Gigaplant), Summon Blue Rose off Red Rose, and then nuke with Black Rose to prod Blue Rose and revive Gigaplant. That’s actually not true. It’s right, The Mainden really makes Black Garden way more playable but the 3 new main deck monsters build an amazing loop by themselves. Normal summon white, special red, special Dark Fairy, tune into Garden Rose Maiden, special summon blue rose dragon- add frozen Roars and black garden. Activate dark Rose fairy eff in the graveyard to place her at the top of the deck and send the Maiden to the graveyard. Banish her and special summon red rose. Tune him with white rose and summon black rose, send a plant to the GY and pop everything on the field then activated blue rose dragon and special summon black rose from the GY

White Rose Dragon -- The Normal Summon effect reason was because they don't want the effect to be made where if it gets Special Summoned makes it so that it's WAY too good. White Rose Dragon -- The reason of foolishing a level 4 or HIGHER Plant was because again, they cannot make it that broke. If it was ever printed saying "Level 3 or lower Plant-Type monster", Rose Lover is a card to extend to Special. White Rose Dragon -- As a V-Jump Promo? That's Konami for you. White Rose Dragon -- Because that's Konami for you with the adorable artwork.

Why is it that with every new generation of Yugioh the game becomes more bloody confusing? I barely got used to the Synchro monsters but this newfangled version of the game is hella confusing. I have a few cards that date back to the oldest generation of Yugioh. I have really old shiny cards like Red-Eyes Toon Dragon, The End Of Anubis, Marshmallon Glasses, Return Zombie, Invader Of Darkness, Thousand Dragon, Dark Magic Curtain, Fiend Skull Dragon, Ceasefire, Javelin Bettle & Javelin Beetle Pact, Triangle Ecstasy Spark, Dark Magician, 3 Blue Eyes White Dragons, Seiyaryu, Flash Of The Forbidden Spell, Magician Of Black Chaos, Lord of D., Spear Dragon, Gene-Warped Warewolf, The Flute Of Summoning Dragon and Card Destruction. Some of those cards I had for 10 years but some of them I had kept for the last 14 - 15 years and in very good to near perfect condition. The best thing about the older generation cards is that they looked incredible and were a lot easier to understand as well a lot easier to use.

Field Spells became to strong and that extra ss was potent. For example you could play Geartown blow it up summon Wyvern for another search use then play Light Stage search Lilybell (ss on search). People just abused her to much and she became a key card in ftks
