Definitely make sure that they will allow you, to do what you want, they might have rules against it. I suggest reading over the contract with the company that provided you the property, & know your rights, as well as what options you have, regarding the neighbor who put up the fence. Definitely seek out advice from a person who knows more about it, so you know exactly what you’re dealing with

The fact that its your home, and you will be living their permanently, you want as much space as you can have and your neighbours stealing a metre+ which is quite big, is annoying as it is your permanent home for now

It's illegal here for someone to put a fence on your property here. Get a surveyor and check your deed. You're paying taxes on it right?
