Very nice colorful garden with variety of flowers 😊. My garden is full of roses plants, I am so crazy on rosé plants we have more than 25 varieties of rose plants. Please let me know what kind of pesticide you apply for fruit trees. We have lots fruit trees, but problem is lot of bugs, very small amounts of fruit are good remaining spoiled by bugs.

Question- how do you clean the water pond? And how often? I have a small water pond that i stated with two lotus seeds. But it is getting a green mat possible algae over the water.

I clean it only in early spring. I have some frogs that live in it. They take care of the algae.

Thank you Minnu. This is our backyard which is fenced. We wrapped chicken wire around the entire perimeter of the fence and secured it with twist ties (you can see towards the bottom of the fence if you look closely).

Sorry, without knowing what bug it is hard to advise. Have you checked with local garden groups? They will know better. Luckily hydrangeas are one plant that have very few issues here.

Very beautiful garden Vidya. Looks like you live in a heaven. ❤ I have a question regarding peony! We planted a peony five years back. It bloomed last year. But this year the plant doesn’t have any blooms though it’s a healthy plant. Do you have any idea about that?

Thank you Aswathy. Does it get sun? Usually there are only 2 reasons for peonies to not bloom: 1) planted too deep 2) not enough sun. Since you said it bloomed last year I’m guessing #1 is not an issue.
