Sir, i sowed my hollyhocks in early October, phlox, stock, bellis, brachycome in mid October , my plants are growing very slowly inspite of regular feeding. I live in goa and now daytime temperatures are very high, i do provide them shade in the afternoon. Can you provide any solution to this as I'm worried they won't bloom before the summer.

Don't feed to much, let the soil dry before watering, growth may stop for heat
