Avoid repotting any plant after you bring it from the nursery. That will be my suggestion. The plant goes through a shock when it comes into a home environment coming right from the nursery environment. repotting will make it unstable. I brought a lot of plants home and kept them in the same nursery pot. They are all doing well even in a north facing balcony.

For aglonemas...bright indirect light must be available and water only when top 2 inch is dry after a thorough watering.
