I did use some of your methods in dehydrating and rehydrating. It is kinda fun to do but I've lost interest in it, maybe this summer I will go to the farmers market & find plenty of stuff to dehydrate. There's Buddy Dog!

Dude, my mint plants had literally a single good week of weather and exploded xDD take that, mosquitoes! As for compost, I thought that's just the egg shell banana peel coffee grounds bucket :p
