The gas pipeline guys bulldozed my hellebore and I found it. ONE green SCARRED stem poking out of the ground. One stem!! I dug it up and moved it. It is doing very well this year. ❤😅

Imhave several Hellebores and I love them too. I’m in southern Australia so its late Winter flowering for me. We call them Winter rose or Lenten rose, either one.

"Wear gloves when working with them in the garden." OOPS. I didn't know. It would be nice if plant info tags would mention warnings, not just light, soil, temperature requirements etc. 😮 How long do I have to live? It has been a few weeks now. 😂 Just kidding. (Knock on wood.)
