Sorry to hear that..but I usually buy from Amazon or Seednpots.com. Sometimes seeds fail to germinate..but quantity of seeds is usually more. So, even if I get 10 seedlings, it's okay for me as I grow various different variety.

Need to take some extra care though if we want to start advance. Like, protecting them from harsh sunlight (green net would be ideal) and from rainfall.

As I live in UAE and it's still summer here ..with temperature at 40°C

Can understand...and we can start when temp is not more than 27°C [80.6°F]. This is almost the average temp in my place (in Sept) and it's not the ideal temp actually. It's still bit high but if we don't start at Sept (here in my place), it would be too late. Wish you all the best!
