Hi, I hope you like such flowering plants videos.. do let me know your thoughts down below. Also note, that dianthus are actually biennials. Planted in autumn/fall, they must go through a cold winter before they are triggered to bloom in spring.. typically I have found them blooming once(in 1year)or twice(in 2years) but only in winters/early spring that is why for this video's purpose, I refer to them as a seasonal in a general sense.. Take care..💚

Congratulations Ekta on the 100th episode. I agree with you on the fact that it's not worth gifting flowers to anyone, you'd rather gift them a flowering plant. Flowers will wilt in a few hours or a day, but the plant will stay with you. :) Loved your video. Cheers!

Many Congratulations 🎊 on your 100th video. Keep em coming. This generation needs more people like you to be an inspiration. Imagine an India with plants 'n' flowers peeping out of every balcony... We use creepers as a refreshing green screen on our balcony to keep out the sight of ugly encroachments which crop up by the day here in Bangalore.

Tricking the plant into flowering: once I was away from home so I kept my ixoras in a bathroom with almost no light because I didn't want them to dry in bright sunlight. When I came back after 10 days I saw almost all of their tips has started developing flowering buds😇😇 Ps. They never flowered in last 4-5 months before since I bought them from nursery.

i love it when people gift plants! my sister’s best friend propagated a jade plant and gave it to me after it grew a decent bit and looked healthy. now its my fastest grower out of my 2 plants. i also have a cactus but because it doesnt get high light (i keep it by my window but im in a dorm that is south facing) it doesnt grow as much. i really want to get into growing flowering plants tho! im someone who is super into florals and cottagecore aesthetic- i have floral masks and my room at my parents house is themed on florals. this video was very helpful for a starting place on my research towards a flowering plant, so im definitely saving it
