Last chairman of ISRO was very media friendly, he touched common people via, youtube and other social media platforms, i noticed that there is a section in very senior scientist who don't like some new tech like social media and other few things and they want to maintain the old school ways in education, PR,etc. I hope our new chairman will also embrace the social media.

I have two points to say: 1. TIFR guy here. The quantum computer is not exactly a military installation, although since DRDO is involved there are some secrecy aspects of it. It can be used using a web based platform designed by TCS. The system of translation from web based platform to low level machine instructions was done by my friend. And he's not a military man, neither am I. 2. Gamma rays don't produce Cherenkov light. Very high energy charged particles do, when they move faster than the speed of light in the medium (and hence, Cherenkov effect can't happen in a perfect vacuum - speed of light in vacuum is the limit! - special relativity). The Cherenkov light falls in the violet-UV spectrum.

yea but tricky, because the same sentence in hindi is longer, so when i try to one shot english dub while live listening to hindi, i have to pause here and there, still figuring out, last video had 15 different snippets of each language so was easy this one is one shot 9 minute record for english , tough
