The madrid fans are ruthless. It got to him. He used to fly to wales just to get away from the toxicity coming from fans and spend time with his mates and people back in his town. Injury started to affect him, wasnt fully fit, and he would play badly, fans quickly grew frustated. Bale was a player who needed love and support from fans especially from bad times. Because we all knew what kind of player he was when he was happy and fit. A little patience and support from the fans would have done a hell lot of good for Bale, the Club and the fans.
