Playing other fps helps so much, after taking a break from siege I pretty much played csgo and what the game taught me helped so much I went from a 0.6 kd to 1.8 and from hard stuck brinze to hitting plat (ik that’s not too good)

Nah I agree I started playing ow2 and almost hit diamond. Came back to siege went from a .4 to a 1.3 in a week being back on the game

From bronze to plat?? Yo, that's a great evolution!! You probably think that platinum is a "common" rank, but the truth is that most players are around plat because there are really few new players, so most of them have been playing at least around 2-3 years, and is not a bad thing tho, plat is where you really start to understand how siege is actually played, where you really start to learn and get better. Keep it up!!

@@x1m_r4zer train your aim, don't change settings constantly, work in your in-game awareness and learn maps (with learning maps I refer to being able to prefire any angle, door or window at head level). Use your drones and cams (but be conscious about the time you have, don't waste it) and choose operators depending on your team's needs, not just because you like that specific one. Don't main any operator or role unless you constantly play in a consistent 5 stack. Learning the maps and how to use every operator will make you play good with independence on the map and the operator, meaning you'll win more games. Learn how to defend/attack specific bomb sites too, because the same map is played totally different in high ranks. And don't be toxic, don't blame teammates if you lose a match (I know they are kinda useless sometimes, but blaming them will only get you into a negative mind state and make you play worse because of frustration) Edit (I forgot): This sounds like too many things to do, but isn't that hard. Just take some time for you to deeply understand the mechanics, and 60% of the work is done.The rest is 30% aim and winning gunfights skill, and 10% luck (teammates lol)

Im a rank 2.0 diamond rn in rank1.0 I was a high gold low plat but somehow I have reached diamond and I’m hardstuck but today I decided to change my sens and start doing quick match to warm up and I started to just not try to rage when I die but understand what I did wrong and with that mindset I started to actually drop some kills but yeah I still have my bad games where I just can’t keep up but I also struggle because I solo queued my way to diamond

Fr. When I was Bronze and no one on my team was higher than S4 at 1-2.5 Weeks in the new Season I was Matched with a PS 5 Stack with MnK. When we checked their ranks they were all Ex-Champion currently in Emerald. (2 People in my 5 stack have made it past gold 2) Me-P1 and E3

I’ve been stuck in bronze for the season but I have a 1.5 kd and am getting 10+ kill games about 50% of the time, I know there are times I can play things better but like it’s hard going 16-5 and losing games

I had people in Copper that'd just off themselves when it was a 1v3 or so and it's REALLY infuriating, because sometimes it JUST WORKS, even if you generally don't win that, never give up, because with that you also give up on your teams hope, there is always a chance that enemies get cocky and run into you like idiots, allowing you to quickly turn it into a 1v1 or win.

Another form of good baiting on attack is when cav knocks your teammate, let her initaite an interro animation, then swing her mid animation. I use this on my teammates all the time when the enemy doesn't know im there. it gives you a kill, and your teammate another chance

For the K/D stat I pay no attention, I’m an intel player and have been for years, you’ll notice in the pro league that intel based players will usually have a 0.’X’ K/D because their role is not to get the kills, it’s to assist in getting them and sometimes they pay with their own life. Perfect example is the 2019 invitational final, one of the greatest games of siege ever played and yet both G2 and Team Empire had players with 0.’X’ K/Ds
