ngl this might be a horrible take since i don't play console tournaments and its likely very different to pc, but i think they're just too used to either playing ranked a lot as opposed to tourneys/competitive environments or just not playing very good teams often my reason for thinking this is just how aggressive they play, constantly swinging enemies thinking they win an easy gunfight and just destroy the other team instead of playing in site or holding flanks or pushes aswell as that, i think they need to work on how they play together as a team. like at the start in the 2vX they played absolutely perfectly, but in the rest of the game when its 5v5s they just swing a lot more than they need to

Very true & accurate. I think thats a lot of Siege players in general, they dont take 5v5 seriously so they feel free to play dumb & forget how important playing your life/utility is. Compared to the 2vX where situations feel more serious
