If you run the Fan Rotom-Noctowl engine, it can grab Grand Tree or Jacq-Rare Candy. And you’re running your own Cornerstone Ogerpon, so the engine is available. I learned this when making my own Grand Tree deck, but for Greninja ex. I used Eiscue for my Basic Tera so I could OHKO Hydrapple and turn off Regidrago, as well as Palkia VSTAR for the Area Zero decks. 5:30 you're wrong about Noctowl and let me explain why Nowadays basically everything in your deck is a trainer card. Items, Supporters and Stadiums. So even mid to late game that card IS useful because it essentially means "get any 2 cards from your deck"

I appreciate Goodra's simplicity as well. I would treat this as a fun science experiment and casual deck. My casual win rate was about 50 50, the loses due to the said extra song and dance costing my early game. Goodra totally is more consistent for the last months of its standard format life.

Let me explain an scenario: I attack with Garganacl that has the rock chestplate, so next turn it will take 90 less damage, then I attack again, and next turn it will take 150 less damage A mew ex hit me only 20, after i already knocked out one pokemon with Garganacl, so i assumed it was 60 less damege from attack one, plus another 60 less from second attack to knock out the pokemon, that will leave with a damage reduction of 120 + 30 chestplate : 150 damage reduction, then mew ex used my attack that normaly would hit 170, insted did only 20 damage
