As far as the volume I believe when he’s not speaking into the microphone that’s when there’s an issue that’s my understanding because when he took the mic down I couldn’t hear what he was saying barely.

You have to start off small like half a day fast then a whole day fast then a two day fast then a three day fast, before you do a 1 week to 2 week fast. You definitely have to be spiritual mature.
