GARLIC!!! Planting to Storage

Those chickens are lovely Joe! Figure they're one of the reasons for the nice fence around the garden though eh? 😛Garlic nut over here; and you've totally inspired me to plant some garlic this fall for sure. Seeing them out on the screen door I'm loving the look of those (and what a yield from that row)! Do love a nice bite/heat to my garlic, do you find that German extra hardy is strong? Also peeking everywhere around you on your video - wow your garden is looking so so good! 🌱🌽

No Jay the fence is to keep out the deer mostly because we have dozens of them around here and they can wipe the garden out if we let them. Rabbits are a separate problem for they can squeeze through the fence or under it wherever the low spots are though we've seen them in there they don't seem to have done much eating of the vegetables . With the garlic I can't say the garlic is strong but maybe pungent is the right word for it but yeah it is the first year we've planted it and has been pleasant surprise.👍

@thelongbranchhomestead1397 Gotcha. Last year we had a big rabbit problem, now we have a couple of coyotes in the back, but no more rabbits 😑 Garden is certainly less eaten, but the dog is on red-alert morning/noon/night lol. Well sir, you have me convinced on the garlic, that's for sure! Love it!
