GARLIC SOTANGHON
INGREDIENTS
1 cooked shredded chicken breast
2 packs of 40g Pine Brand Bean Vermicelli
Annatto oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1 spring onion ( green part )
Soy sauce
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the ingredients (chop spring onions and garlic)
2. Soak vermicelli in a bowl with boiling water for 10-15 minutes
3. Heat annatto oil in a wok at medium heat
4. Add garlic & sauté until fragrant
5. Add cooked chicken and stir
6. Add vermicelli with ½ cup of water from the soaking
7. Soy sauce
8. Ground black pepper
9. Spring onions
10. Stir & cook until liquid absorb
11. Garnish with spring onions & fried garlic
12. Serve & Enjoy!
