@@serenstein1 hi. I have a coospo mounted on my bike which is a touring Fuji and it's on a cyclops trainer. I use wahoo and I have Strava so everything gets logged and I can see what I'm doing. I don't use a heart monitor yet but I'll get one eventually. With the coospo and wahoo u can see your cadence and speed. Strava converts readings to watts etc... And I love the videos that Sergio does. They're fun and challenging. I've looked at many different videos and used to do cyclerobics but I like this better more fun great scenery. Before I got sick I was doing great. Probably helped with dealing with my Illness. There's all kinds of equipment out there but since my goal is to get outside in the spring I'm not interested in putting money into more equipment. At my age I'm not concerned about going fast just going. Where I live in in the mountains of Northern California. Lots of damn hills but also great Mt bike roads trails etc. Lots of trucks on our roads but there are places it's less traffic. Can't ride on roads here in winter. Too much snow and ice. So hope this answer helps. These vids have helped me and will get me out eventually. Then I'm going to make a video here so everyone can see this area which is great for riding. Have fun!!

@@serenstein1 I almost forgot. I just park myself in front of my TV and because the videos are what I was used to doing on the road I just guess as to how fast and gearing to use. So the answer to your question is I don't have any way to physically connect to the program other than to use.my mind and experience. This isn't a spinning video. When they're uphill I switch into high gear to simulate going up hill. Then lower ones to simulate going down with fast cadence. I don't if it's the correct method but it works for me. I have enjoyed going downhill with Sergio. He's a maniac 😊 but it's great fun. Going uphill on the long climbs not so much fun but necessary to back down. I hope someday to go there and ride along the Mosel river area. Once again have fun !!😎

For me it's always been really hard to get into indoor bike riding I tried music, movies, tv shows, and even tried zwift, but nothing would work or help get my mind off of the ride or come close to real life feeling. I then decided to try to find a pov type video and this video popped up and wow time flew by and I almost felt like I was there on the bike ride with this group taking in the scenery and atmosphere. It's crazy that this was the simple solution and I will be using more of these videos when winter comes.

I've just started a 300-mile cycle challenge for the month of September and I'm having to use the indoor exercise bike as our Scottish weather is letting me down (there's a shocker). Normally I find the indoor bike boring but found this video and it really motivated me to try to keep up. When 'I' was up in front I found myself swaying when the rider was dodging people or narrow spots and I swear I felt the ridged bridge 😂 The scenery is lovely, makes me want to visit (on my bike of course). Thanks for a great workout.
