Good video. What he left out is there are four options - Momentary, Continuous, Tone and Vibration. When you select 'traditional', you have to select one of these while holding one of the top three keys in (so the receiver knows the key you are adjusting) and then make the setting. Hard to believe Garmin's manual didn't address this nor any other post or video. I had to figure this out on my own.

Robert Horwhat Thanks for the Feedback, This was done back when the TT10's came out. Your probably right and we should make a new video with the newer features. You can also press the screen below the buttons to select the dog and change the setting without stimulating the dog.

Thank you for the video! You may want to change the linear and traditional stimulation explanations. Comparing to other systems does little for someone with no experience with them. Otherwise very good!

Thanks for video- Sure is a lot to learn, well at least for an old brain- I just purchased Alpha 100 & trying to learn - I live on farm & when I'm not rabbit or squirrel hunting like to let my dogs go about my daily chores & have some freedom but especially one Cur dog that I have will get outside 100acres guickly & be gone mike's away Ive had to go get her- I see that Correction has to be input by me - No problem when in field & hunting but my question is while I'm working & not paying attention to dog can an automatic tone option notify dog that it at geo fence boundary or does all correction have to be manually input by me? Hello Jack. You can receive notification that the dog has left the set Geo fence, however you would still need to administer the correction manually.

if you look at the bottom right hand corner after you hit the shock buttons, you will notice a thumbtack symbol. what is that for?

Garmin told me it is to pin. I don't get it. If you call their support #. They are very good about answering any question.
