I've had an S40 for a few years now. Love it. Recently came back from 2 month trip and it won't power on. Is it a bad cable, battery, or did it crap out? It was not plugged in while gone.

Great video! Apparently the watch allows to count the strokes, right? Would be nice if you could make a video showing how to get the golf course on the watch, select the course you're playing, and once finished the game the summary of your plays. Keep going Nick!

Gotta tell ya,... I agree with your comment 100 %,... I just got mine through ups this evening,.. charged it up ,.. set brightness to 100%,... and I’m kinda concerned that I’m not gonna be able to see the screen in the sunlight tomorrow,.. really dark and dull ( not vibrant ) ... hoping I didn’t get a bad one ,..we’ll see tomorrow !

I see you mentioned it tracks your shot distance as you walk up to the ball what about if you are using a cart is it still accurate?

Yes, all it does is calculate the distance between the tee box and where you hit your second shot, so if you walk or ride it doesn’t matter

So far i love the watch, I've played golf with it twice now but here is what i'm having an issue with. You're using the score keeping feature and lets say it's a par 5 you hit 3 shots and your on the green now you have 2 putts for a par, but what if you 3 putt how do you add the 3rd putt, if you're on the putt screen it will only allow you to add the 2 strokes, no more, I'm confused how to use this feature, please help because i really want to keep this watch.

Just got my watch and it's set up except that the face is not bright when I turn my wrist. I selected 100% back light but the watch is too dark.

How does the score tracking work? What if you take practice swings?

It has a feature called AutoShot that tracks your movement and gives you a guesstimate of your score that you are able to adjust at the end of each hole if you are in that function.

DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH. If you are right handed and wear on your left wrist as suggested, the button on the right hand upper side of face bumps your golf glove and continually resets making it impossible to maintain the proper screen. Poor design but great features. Really frustrating while trying to focus on your game.
