Your analogy of describing the various screens in the ‘Map Folder’ as files is incorrect. They are not files and it may confuse folks using that term. As a in-house Garmin FMS developer we use the term ‘pages’ for the hierarchical tree of screens.

Very good video, I just called Garmin, what I found was, G1000 AVNE-GM100P-A1 cost $94.95. 24NOV2020 Is there anything out there for the $30 range? Like what you are using!
