I just want to give a big thumbs up and thank you to Randy Carpenter the Garmin Guru , the man Always there for messages and questions Very prompted to help and answer questions I got his favorite version update on a sd card for a very reasonable price I got it installed on a force update and ready to go see what it looks like Had a question and messaged him and got a response right away Thank you Randy People this guy is the real deal Ready to help us all I know some folks will find fault in him and probably this message but I believe more good will come from this Tell people to join it’s worth it

I appreciate your videos Randy! I haven’t had a problem with any of the updates on my unit, but in case I do, I always follow your advise and update with an SD card so I can revert back if I need to. Garmin, in my opinion, is the leader in FFS, so I’m sure they are putting out what they think works best with these updates. I’ll try every new update they put out and if I don’t like it, I’ll revert back to the one I do like til they come out with a new one that I like.

I remember i did the update .. dont ask me when😅 but i just checked and its the 2.74. Have not been out since to test it out. now im going tomorrow 😊 thanks for reminding me

going out tomorrow to see if the new update fixed my issue on my 1022. My livescope would crazy in 3-5 feet of water for like 5 seconds and then it would go back to normal. It'll continue to do this until I move out to deeper water. In deeper water it works just fine. Really hoping this update fixes the problem .

Always appreciate your efforts to keep the information we really need to know out Here,,, I have probably a dumb question BUT I'm still using My original LS32 , I Did upgrade to the 93sv from the 73 which I started out with and learned the system on the 73 and 93 was basically the same that's Why I went To The 93 , anyway, I primarily Crappie fish and always try get some advice from you, the 32s always been a reliable unit, my question is Does This Latest update apply to the 93sv , probably a good Idea to save Each update on a separate card as well I would think anyway ,, does it apply to the 93s ???

Any help or advice from anyone, thank you in advance: i’m getting alot of interference( sun rays/beams) from the trolling motor and can’t seemed to figure out why. Went through all the settings such noise reject being on high to attempt to bring it down, decreasing gain, TVG settings, etc….but still no luck…I have the GLS box on a stand alone lithium battery on the latest update as well as trolling motor on its own battery source.

Why would my stabilization stop working and the compass disappear out of the blue when it was working fine ?

@@The_Garmin_Guru , i tried to recalibrate and it will not attempt to calibrate , just stays at 0% no matter how i try it . Was working fine until i did the latest update . It will work pretty decent with stability turned off .
