That's my gripe with Maresca ... He keeps giving other players chance over chance even if they are not in form. Felix should have had more minutes in the prem than he has right now. When we consider his comments on Sanchez, we need to consider that Jorgensen may well be a worse, nervier option, AND that the directors and owners are not going to give us another Goalie option. They probably won’t even consider alternatives until Summer. GK’s just don’t play better after they’ve been toasted by their manager. You have to fluff up what remaining confidence he has. The club still has to pay the full amount, regardless of the player’s tax burden…. FFP is also based on Gross salary tables. They can’t tell the league, “I know we are in violation of FFP, but not when you look at it after income tax..” Vlahovic makes approximately 210,000/wk (pounds). He and Jackson had essentially identical seasons last year. They are basically on track to do the same this year, however Jackson is just slightly ahead in G&A. The club can’t justify giving those levels of salaries to players who aren’t out performing current players on our roster- regardless of how frustrated we might be with the scenario. Maresca is in year one.. if we start tanking like Ange’s Spurs, then let’s start hitting the panic button. The objective is UCL football next season, end of story. If he accomplishes that, then we start setting higher expectations for year 2.

Well, on who is better Garmacho and the players you mentioned is that he is stronger physically than both Neto and Felix, both these players often lose the ball under pressure and this was evident on Monday night. I even wondered why Neto was brought in in the first place. In my opinion both these players should not be considered for long term. Felix is even better if utilised properly. Blame the coach for not using his squad properly. You are right with the position of our keeper, useless, he is in my opinion. The question is why not use the other keeper???

In my opinion victor osimhen is the best striker *FOR CHELSEA* . He Is the best in the air . We have gusto / James/ cucu / neto / sancho / madueke who are all amazing in crossing into the box . I have a system which I rate our players as an ASSET/LIABILITY/ZERO , ASSET (A)= Contributor, Creator, Team player, it will hurt if he is not part of the team LIABILITY (L) = Costly mistakes, Bad Attitude, Poor work ethic, it will benefit the team if he goes, And ZERO (Z) , neutral not Asset or Liability, makes no difference.
