My uncle who came to stay with us in 1998 when i was 11 introduced me to Reggae music. He would play Burning Spear, Culture, Bob Marley, Dennis Brown etc. I suddenly fell in love with Reggae. It was not until 2005 when i was doing my A Level and a friend gave me a Garnet Silk CD to go and play at home and trust me i cant describe the feeling. From the moment i listened to him i tolf myself this is my greatest artist of all time. The voice, message and delivery was so coherent and have never stopped listening to him since. Rip bro, i wonder what the world of Reggae music would be if you were still alive. Much love from Zimbabwe. RESPECT

This song is magical for real, I remember the night when we were arguing so badly with my hubby and it seemed like it was over between me and her.I wept 😭💔so dearly because I was not ready to let her go. Suddenly, as I was listening to my playlist the song came up the moment that it was required. I can't get pass his death. I still cry whenever I heard his music. My father used to have a sound system in his business place and every time he would play this great man music before any other artists. I Remember when he died n my sister woke me from my sleep and was crying when she heard the news. It was a saddened situation for us even now. But, I now found a new meaning in his music. The most High led me to listen to his music again June 2019 as I am on a journey searching who we are as a people and as I found some evidence.
