To maintain healthy skin, here's what worked for me: In the morning, wash your face properly. Choose a mild, gentle face wash like I use riceberrry facewash of littleexttra and then follow with moisturizing your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Do not overcleanse your face. Limit washing to once in the morning and once before bedtime. And keep moisturizing your face throughout the day. Additionally, remember to apply sunscreen even when indoors. White patches on the skin can develop when the skin is dry and exposed to the sun. So you must prevent your skin to be dry and protect it from harsh exposure of sun.
