Haki strength is weakend but still look Garp is not satisfied due to old age. Imagine Prime Garp doing the same attack. Man. I agree regarding the anime didn't portray the conquerors haki power more than the manga. Tbh it felt missing. As a manga reader it is supposed to be a gigantic Shockwave with black lightning but here it shows explosions and black lightning. But I'm not gonna complain. It's still GREAT!
