Yes i can explain that. As I said in the video, this Vortex is a prototype, it has had several updates since this video was made. This means that that effect is gone. No worries.

I still don't get how they are taking pre-orders for something that clearly is not finished if the only testers (and NONE in America which makes no sense as it's a Texas based company) are still showing just prototypes.

Actually, I notice that many people react like you, but if you take a step back, you realize that it’s rather clever on their part. When they released the Garrett Apex, distributors who also sold other brands quickly took the opportunity to capitalize on a few small improvements that were under development to be made available through updates for customers. They didn’t hesitate to create blog posts and spread false information about the Apex solely to maintain significant profit margins on the products they import. The goal for all shops exporting other brands is to ensure they get the product they want bought back to maintain substantial profit margins. Here, Garrett asked content creators if they were okay with receiving Vortex prototypes to gather as much feedback as possible on field use, reactivity, detector behavior, and their opinion on the menu, aiming to come to market not with a version 1.0 but with an already proven version enriched by feedback from various types of searches in different terrains and conditions. If you look, there are indeed American users doing the same thing, and it’s not just video content creators participating in this. I think, and I have nothing to do with them, I’m just a fan of the brand because I appreciate their approach of offering products that are very simple to use and yet deliver very good performance. I’m not the type to enjoy having to read a manual, deal with 21 programs, and 52 tones, only to realize that after three months, I’ve spent 10 hours in the fields and 40 hours on Facebook groups…

Beach mode multi-salt is the one you want for maximum depth and less chattering sound.

Annemiek ik begrijp iets niet goed. Op 3:30 geeft de Vortex 87 als nummer aan en toont 4 targets aan op de balken boven op het scherm terwijl je op dat moment niet aan het detecteren bent. Hoe komt dit?

Ik heb met m'n andere detectors ook wel eens dat als je ergens tegenaan zwaait bijvoorbeeld dat ie dan een getal geeft. Of als je wat leunt op de detector. Wellicht was dit het geval.

What a terrible you didn't even show yourself detecting with the machine. You were just showing the targets but not finding them with the machine. Completely useless video.
