I give Respect to the Director. He showed a lot of PRIDE in his band. You don't really see that often. I love the entertainment of the black college bands and students. I am not going to degrade any other band. I love Southern Universiity. I appreciate these kids for going through life doing something positive instead of giving up to the streets. So I also greatly and sincerely THANK YOU for showing good stuff.

That performance just made me wanna be a band director even more. Mr. Haymer man you are who im striving to be like because its ridiculous how great you write those songs. I am not surprised that southern sound the way they do this year. Most people dont hear a difference but i do and its superior in my mind.

Alcorn really did clean up their sound alot after this game. Check some of my clips vs JSU to hear. I can't wait to see them next year. The jump they made from 2011 to 2012 was huge. If they make a few more strides musically they will be very hard to deal with next year.

i listened to both introductions and realized the communication between the directors thru the music. Of course a little noise had to be made for the audience, but the message is clear. Sound for sound. No matter the numbers, it's going down. Whether we're in your city or mines we will leave it all on the feild and go home with clear mind. It's all love, lets have a good time. leave it up to the rest to spread it thru the grape vines.

I agree, this is the ground work being laid to being a great band again. They got alot of work left to do but they are on the right track. Alcorn held up pretty well. field show was not up to par though

Always been a fan of NSU and BSU, both really great programs. I respect the Swac and Meac style. I still don't think its going to be the same until FAMU is back to full speed. HBCU bands are basically the reason I use youtube.
