I love your videos. I have a question about garrison. I know that all the troops in the garrison use the garrison leader's buffs but I've heard different things about the troop type. Some have said that all troops take on the leaders troop type. That means that if the leader is T6 all troop are considered T6 even if they are T1s. Other have told me that is not true. Which is it?

Hey man, additional question. I normally dont spend much, but I have 12/16 parts of puzzle for pants, 11/20 for boots AND 12/25 for gun for the new armaments in the Marco & Eri event. How many firepowers do you think It would cost me to get all 3 AND do you think Is Worth It? I am planning on going sustain Garrison I already build everything on that

@@RogelioArmandoAlarconValenzuel honestly, no. Unless you’re full superb’d out with a ton of red hones and you’re just looking for that last little bit of optimal push, no. With that many to go you’re looking at likely at least $1,000. With that much spend you could half spend hones half spend garage and be farrrrrrr more optimal than getting those pieces

@@12SupremeRabbit nooooooo. They don’t take much more hones than chasing a red hone you’re trying to get anyways. I advise to ONLY use rare hone cores on hone slots on gold armaments since there’s a chance you hit a red Squad Dmg or Squad Dmg Reduction which is far stronger (by power and effectiveness) than any other red hone in any slot. If you’re going to play the lotto, play the one with the highest payout potential kinda approach 😅

Wow Z Ive never thought about high defense vs high attack against 1v1 vs being swarmed. You've made a great case for high defense. Can you comment on Garrison attack damage vs Squad attack damage? Are they not the same with Garrison only applying to garrison situations? Im curious why bother with Garrison hones when I can get squad hones.

So it really depends on what you’re looking to accomplish. If you are STRICTLY looking to garrison and not looking to be as efficient in the field or rallies (since there are situations and scenarios where people just need a dedicated garrison for their alliance, or it fits their play style). You may opt at that point to take garrison atk which has a max value of 6% which is 25% higher than the max value of squad attack which peaks at 4.5%. It doesn’t sound like but much take that 1.5% and multiply it by a few hone slots and suddenly you have an extra 6-9% atk. It’s marginal, but those that want to go full optimization for a role want to squeeze out every last bit of buffs they can. I used to have that but I use my set to be a tank rally and effective in the field too so I opted for the squad / troop specific atk.

@@Z-Doomsday I see. As a 130M player, garrison [atk/def] seemed too specific since I also need to use the same heroes in the field. So you're saying that the Garrison [atk/def] or Rally [atk/def] are highly specific but offer a wider range for atk/def. Which comes in handy for high might players who need highly specific heroes that are highly skilled at rally or garrisoning. Thanks

If someone completely built for garrison had 10 red garrison atk hones as opposed to 10 red squad attack hones, that’s 15% more atk or the equivalent of having 1 extra white Infantry Attack Part on their equipment, just passively by taking garrison atk hones

Hey man, 1 big question that I asked around a lot but still haven't received an answer so far. A bit of context, when doing AR, I can see a significant differents in kills between joining Chasey garrison and Louis, even having much higher might, the kills from Louis is much lower than Chasey. So, I have a theory that, joining leads that buff troop ATK or counter ATK will give you much more kills than joining leads using skill as damage dealers. Do you think the same? This question is important to me cause as a T4, I can only join rally or garrison for kill points, if I put my troops on the fields, they will melt in seconds.

@@lsj6721 No, on superbs you need to use purple honing chips since they’re technically a “max value hone”. So unable to get them with blue hones unfortunately

I'm learning and building my garrison squad now, why do you have squad block in your armaments? My understanding is that block would prevent deaths if it is higher than the enemy lethality, but in garrison, your squads should rarely die anyway. I thought it would make more sense to focus on something else? But I am still learning 😊

@@racheladams8149 so block and lethality are a multiplicative factor to your damage. If your lethality is higher than their block, they will take more damage. If your block is higher than their lethality then you will take less damage. The bigger the difference of the two, the bigger the multiplier. So if their lethality is say 500 and their lethality is 400, you will apply additional damage reduction to the damage you’d take; but if your block is 900 and their lethality is 400, then your damage reduction would be much higher because the gap between the two was 100 in the first scenario, and 500 in the second.

@@marcusssmart3101 I advise to use red capsules ONLY on Gold Armament Devices. Since they're the only pieces that can roll Squad Dmg / Squad Dmg Reduction, and since a 3.5% Gold Squad Dmg Hone is more power and more effective than a red hone of any other attribute, it's 100% worth it. I look at it as, "If you're going to play the lottery, you might as well play the lottery with the highest payout potential". I'd use those capsules on gold devices, and finger cross for a Squad Dmg / Squad Dmg Reduction red hone.

Awessome rundown as always! Do you know if Aduts skill 3 nullifies Chasey’s superweapon effect, Charm (dmg reduction)? If so, this would make Adut rallies against Chasey garrison more effective imo

I’m moreso curious what happens when chasey has a fully leveled up weapon that applies charm 100% of the time while adut’s passive has no cooldown on it in the verbiage. So I’m curious how that interacts and if there’s any hidden limitations similar to what we’ve seen with miyamoto’s passives where it doesn’t mention a cooldown, while in reports you can see it has a minimum 6 second cooldown. So we’re looking to test it in its fullest as soon as possible.
