Gorshin was a talented impressionist back in the day .Burt Lancaster and Kirk Douglas were two send ups he portrayed spot on . I recall seeing him on the Ed Sullivan Show when I was a kid .Fans might get a kick out of his earlier performance in "Invasion of the Saucer Men " . A very kind YT submitter has posted that 50's Sci- Fi movie .

Frank Gorshin was also great as the Riddler in one of the early Batman movies.

Gorshin, was a great actor not only as the Riddler, on Batman, but he played a highly nervous tank driver with Saunders, in a Combat, episode in which he played the role expertly.

Agree. Saw that episode. On Star Trek TOS, Gorshin was also one of the two iconic antagonists -- the last of their kind -- who were half white and half black -- he was in the law enforcement role.

PLOT: On the night before an important mission, the men sneak away and end up in jail. Garrison and an informant try to get them back in time to complete the mission.
