It's Garry's Mod. And it's a computer game where you don't have any predefined goals. They just give you guns and a wide space where you can build anything from a menu. You can download it from Steam. Anyways I'll be glad to give to you for free. Normally it doesn't involve the Teletubbies but you can get them as an additional prop (NPC)
