It's hard to believe they don't understand the concept of suing for wrongful death, another reason is to block any financial gain the killer will gain off the crime, like writing a book or selling rights to a movie. Ron Goldman (RIP) died probably protecting Nicole. Ron, their only son, yes, this is a good reason to sue for wrongful death.

yes, after 9-11, when bush/cheney and fox made anyone against invading iraq "unamerican". bill said it took more courage to fly planes into buildings than shooting a scud missile 3 miles from its target.

@@joesimon2018 i did too, idk how old you are but our corporate media pushed the war big time after 9-11, "god bless america" was everywhere, 21 years later they still sing it at mlb games, 95% of anything written by the so-called liberal media like the ny times and washing post was pro-war, especially, fox, abc, cbs, nbs... they printed anything bush/cheney said, including "weapons of mass destruction" around the clock...i remember a rock station where i lived refused to play "war pigs" by black sabbath, the dixie chicks were banned from country stations for saying they were embarrassed to be from texas (bush), and bill marr was fired for his anti-war comments.

The more I watch clips from Bill Maher's show--because he covers interesting topics, and occasionally with qualified people--the more I wonder, "What is the point of this program?" If it's a comedy program, why undercut that with serious discussion? If it's supposed to be a show with serious discussion of current events, why have people on who don't know shit about the story beyond the headline? Also, he's incredibly smug, and although he isn't just playing the hits for his crowds, he basically says what they want to hear. That's a problem with all political commentary, of the comedy variety or otherwise: at some point, the crowd over laughs at everything because they love the host.
