Jumbo Josh's hands are waving just like mommy's in PPC2 but the animations are goofy as heck. Also absolutely nothing is detailed in the chase, only copypasted walls and 6 scripted touch-trigger events. You can even see Jumbo Josh for a split second at 27:55 spawning and going to the position where he blocks your way and that's literally what the vents do to block your way at the end of the chase in PPC1.
