15:29 That actually is Opila in the dream sequence. This is most likely a continuation of the car crash from the previous game as you can see the car upside down and on fire when looking over at her. The reason why both Opila here and Tarta later on look like they have one leg is because that's how some birds, such as flamingos and ducks sleep. They'll literally sleep with one leg up and their head tucked into one of their wings.

Hey Think, just to let you know, Banban ISN'T actually Uthman, one of the case update papers from Banban 2 (if I'm not mistaken) explains that Uthman was the DNA donator for the Case 6 experiment AKA BanBan which led to Banban thinking that he is Uthman himself. Edit : to clarify for certain people, somehow Uthman's memories were transferred to Banban during the DNA transfer. At least that's what I'm assuming happened

At 15:44, during the Stinger Flynn scene with the car on fire, I do believe that IS Opila bird. One of her genomes came from a Greater Flamingo (I'm assuming Tarta has the same since they look alike minus their colors) and that's actually how Flamingos sleep. Standing on one leg, head tucked under their wing. They did reuse the model and retextured it later for Tarta though.

I think the message video is from the Naughty Ones! They are stuck in the prison (by Sherrif Toadster) but when Queen Bouncelia laughed,the prison opened (maybe because they need Queen laughter). Jester maybe dont get locked (for some reasons) but he need to let the Naughty Ones out (he's also the Naughty Ones). Maybe they are somehoe bullies? Anyways,when the Queen laughed, Sherrif Toadster said the Naught Ones are released and warn us to get out of this place. If we don't,they will come find us (as in Chapter 6) These are my theories! I think the keeper is the queen which is why it is unreported Edit: Entrapment might mean trapping the naughty ones in the queen. However, it is said that the queen has tried to teach them the lessons of goodness which may disprove the statement directly above.

Note: Tarta Bird hasn’t lost a leg, and the Bird in the dream sequence is Opila Bird. Opila and Tarta Birds seem to sleep with one leg retracted up in their feathers, similar to real life birds. You can look up images of flamingos sleeping to see what I mean.
