I’ve been watching the sun at daybreak (eyes closed), sometimes at sunset as well. Doing cold showers for 3 minutes. Exercising and doing Bas Rutten’s O2 trainer daily. Should add in walking barefoot outside but haven’t. Take vitamin D, vitamin B complex, and vitamin C. Eat eggs for breakfast, steamed vegetables for lunch, and a keto meal for dinner. I drink water, coffee…trying to add in tea. I honestly am beginning to feel really good after 2-3 months of doing this. Oh, I also do mobility work daily.

Former genetics and energetics researcher here… this is absolute truth and though there are variants in how different people process and use nutrients, the average necessities of humans is enough to justify the supplementation for gene methylation ability variance. If it turns out you don’t need all the supplementation you’ll dump it however, if you are negatively affected by lack of nutrients and suffer autoimmune issues then this will likely solve all problems. The saying “this is thought to” is just to appease the corrupt administrations governing food like FDA… since they don’t regulate supplementation outside of making sure that people don’t claim definitive healing ability regarding it, all the while allowing toxins in food. Great show! Great information!

I had already had my genetics read by one of the big american companies six years ago….. I live in the UK and after watching this I found a company based in Plymouth who would reanalyse data for a fraction of the original cost and what doing a new test would cost. I requested ‘my data’ from america and sent it to plymouth and a couple of days later got a detailed report with supplement suggestions and research included. Very impressive and useful. And yes a lot of red and orange! I had already bought the Methylated Folate because of this vlog and it turns out that I needed it! But I sort of knew that anyway because of my life and mental health struggles and diagnosies. I do hope this helps someone? Big Thank you Stepen, Gary and All….. Go Well Everyone Hx

Hi guys Apologies for delay…….. I had my dna analysed by one of the big american companies who are all over the internet six years ago and what they told me was on reflection derisory……. I had a google and found a company who both analyse swabs and reanalyse other companies data (really cheaply). I requested ‘my data’ from one of the american companies and forwarded it to the new company based in Plymouth UK. In a couple of days got back a huge and very helpful report along with suggestions….. Yes I had a lot of red and orange but ‘I knew that’ based on my life to date and knowing me…. Hope this helps? I have a MTHR mutation, one for folate(B-9) and B-12. There are so many symptoms. My son had two copies of MTHR for B-9. When he skips taking his methyl-folate, I know within 3 days. He gets moody, dark circles that don’t look like allergies. Hard time focusing. So 40% of the population has MTHR issues. Only 10% have two copies of MTHR. Yet 90% of people with mental illness have it. Severe mental illness typically have two. It correlates. Furthermore, psychiatrists who are up on the research will recommend. I don’t know about the rest of the SNP’s because our local functional dr only tested for that.

Amazing timing. After 3 years of serious health issues and having to fix myself as mainstream medicine quickly gave up on me. Through trial and error and some tests it seems i am not detoxing heavy metals efficiency. I just don't know if that slow down is the cause or a consequence of impaired mitochondrial function. Something like this might help shine some light on it. Thanks.
@deb528116 ай бұрын
I'd suggest having someone take a look at your blood - live blood analysis. Another neat tool is to send a sample in to Viome in one of their kits. They have a mitochondrial function score, etc. If you do it, I'd suggest doing the Full Body one because it includes the oral microbiome.

This comes across as a bit pseudo sciencey. Would need to see the evidence they base these recommendations on. Remember methylation of a gene is not innately a bad thing, it effects relative expressions and chromosome conformation. This, along with his tone modifications and non-coding mRNAs are the basis of epigenetics. Should be important to note that increasing something that is perceived to be lower or “deficient” through supplementation (e.g. B12 or vitamin C) due to allele variants does not necessarily give you any benefits. It’s been shown in biomarker studies that supplementing vitamin C does not improve outcome with regards to developing common infectious diseases, so why supplement if it doesn’t improve out come? Vitamin C becomes a concern if you are truly deficient- will lead to development of scurvy like symptoms. It is possible to live normally with a different metabolic rate for a given vitamin or metabolite. My personal concerns is that genetic or epigenetic information can be used as a means to sell you a solution to a problem that is not really that big- and also if your genetic sequence was public, insurance companies could deny or hike up prices for health cover if you had a predisposed risk for any particular ailment. Although as the field of epigenetics progresses it will be interesting to see how genes are expressed in various polygenic conditions- high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease as a whole being a good example. Certainly genomic information has been put to good use in identifying people who metabolise the drug warfarin (used to “thin” your blood) at different rates- making them need an adjusted dose to prevent unintended bleeding.

The guy has two bachelor's degrees and worked in insurance, where I can almost guarantee that he had nothing to do with predicting mortality (actuaries do this work). He probably had paid for models that he implemented and was a broker. Lots of scientists on KZbin refuting Gary's claims. Then all the positive comments on this video from people that he's duped.

What is not clear is how much more information is there from this test, regarding what supplements would a patient be prescribed? I’ve recently been told by my GP that I have low B12. And they are giving me a trial of B12 tablets and then testing again because it can be pernicious anaemia. (Which I had never heard of.) If it’s PE then it doesn’t matter how many B12 tablets you take, you won’t be able to absorb them. So if it’s PE I’ll need injections of B12 for the rest of my life. I’m confused why they aren’t saying to you that it could be either diet related (and therefore possible to take a supplement) or it could be PE which is extremely common. PE used to kill people (hence the word pernicious which means deadly). So it’s worth looking into whether it’s PE. See a GP as well as having this advice, that’s all I’m saying. I’m sure you’ve probably already worked that out but I’d hate for you not to know this possibility. Love your videos. Thank you for your work. 😊
