My wife and I saw him in London. One of the best concerts I’ve been to. Exceptional. My wife knew a couple of songs, but hadn’t listened to any live songs. Half way through one of the first guitar solos she looked at me, eyes on stalks and said “he’s f***ing amazing!”

Yeah absolutely very good play and performance. Also original ! BUT : after some songs we can see there's not really a lot different news under the sun. Although I can appreciate it, special: yes, but not too new and breathtaking. Its not unpredictable, yet very good. Fortunately, these great musicians forward the blues, which we do need in the world. The man IS good. But please, do not overestimate. He's indeed very good, still. Not to avoid, not to overpraise.
