A little late on this: regarding Biden's chart, where do you see all of his foreign policy experience showing up? Besides Hilary Clinton, who else among the Democrats has that kind of experience? Also all these polls talking about Michelle Obama, who has no interest whatsoever and I don't recall her being in the thick of political meetings like Rosalyn Carter or Hilary Clinton or Eleanor Roosevelt or Edith Bolling Galt Wilson.

Michelle Obama has, to date, said she has no interest in running. She is being floated as an option because she is extremely popular, but I don't believe she will run for President. It's a kind of hope that someone will enter the contest that could be very popular and beat Trump easily. I personally don't think it is even remotely likely. You can look at Joe Biden's international experience through his Mars Mercury conjunction in the 12th. (Since this is a dishonest conjunction, it's very possible the dealings are dishonest, just as an added FYI). Also Jupiter in the 9th is a favorable placement for foreign travels. I am not going to politically comment on the success of these endeavors. I am concerned that I have not seen such a level of fear and discussion about war since the 1980s. Given that the United States funds a great deal of the NATO budget, any US president wields immense influence over NATO. But Biden's chart does have these extra influences (Mars Mercury and Jupiter) which are significant. He has an exalted Jupiter; I am fond of reminding folks that Jupiter was exalted when the United States invaded Iraq in the 1990s.
