so is it cut before the seeds are fully ripe? Guessing a stand would be left for next year's seed? Great to see the process, thank you

No, it's not cut before the seeds are fully ripe. And no, a stand wouldn't be left for next year's seed. It was brought in to an open-walled barn and stacked so it could dry out and then was shipped. The fields would be plowed under and prepped for next year's planting. Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video!
