Interesting....I was on the Canning two months ago and at one point it looked like we'd have to abandon it due flooding and was looking at Gary/Talawana as bail out options....so now I know the going...Be interested to add this to my list for next season! Thanks for posting.

Thanks for your great video on this region , we are keen to do something very similar next year July / August . How many days from the start of the Gary Junction Road off the Tanami to the Windy corner T intersection ? We are already into our planning stages , thanks again and happy travels 👍👍

Thanks and glad you found the video useful. From the start of the Gary Junction Road to Windy Corner we took a bit over 4 days, but it would have been more like 3.5 days if it hadn't been for the wheel bearing seal replacement. Happy planning and hope your trip goes well.
