The head coach isn’t just in charge of monitoring the team players but overall nations cricket. Points regarding Fakhar are valid, but in India we dont hire foriegners because players start having issues. Duncan Flether was last foreign coach here in India. Shitty coach, always talks negative stuff in dressing room … Pakistan team is decent what they lack is a fast bowler who can hit 145-150 regularly and can bowl body line bowling … There was Ihsanullah, PCB doctors destroyed his career by doing wrong surgery… he still can’t bowl more than 125-130 … Not fit at all … I remember him hitting 145-150 in 1 first class season he played on flat tracks and was highest wicket taker because of bounce and pace… Where is he now ? Even Hasnain , Naseem , Shaheen dont bowl quick anymore , hardly ever touch 143-144 even… I remember Naseem hitting 148-150 regularly in atleast white ball 2-3 years ago and 144-145 consistently in test cricket … Since his return that pace is down by atleast 6-7 km / hr
