I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Gary and shaking his hand not that long ago. While his voice has changed over the years, he is still an impassioned performer with a slew of mega hits that can never be forgotten. Talent never dies, as will my memory of that day.

As well as lead singer Gary was also lead guitarist for the Union Gap. But it was actually super session group The Wrecking Crew that played on their records.

Jacinta has got it right ...one of the true great voices of the 60's and 70's and he still has it now...saw him last year in melbourne and have been lucky enough to meet him twice! very nice guy and a true professional..thanks for putting this up..

I had dinner with Gary in a small club in La Jolla back in the mid-70s. He was so down to earth and boy could he sing and play guitar. Glad my sister surprised me with the evening as a gift.

Oh my God I was in love with this man and still am for 40 years. he is one of the better voices in the industry and a great guy and he has gotten more handsome as he’s grown older. I was struck by his magic voice forty years ago when I first heard “woman woman”. I’ll never forget that moment I stood rooted to the floor listening to him on the radio😻😻😻❤️❤️💕💕💕💋👄👄

The Union Gap came to Mexico 45 years ago for a concert. I went to the concert but it was cancelled. I cried for a week, I was so in love with Gary. Finally I can watch him!

Love Gary Puckett and he has always had a great voice. However; I am huge fan of Jim Glazer too. Jim Glazer was a true gentleman to go along with the harmony parts with Gary Puckett on the fly like he did. Jim truly held his on with Gary Puckett. I did not know Gary Puckett played the acoustic so well either. Great performance all together with Jim Glazer and Gary Puckett!!!!

Had the wonderful experience of seeing the still very much in fine voice Gary in Red Bank NJ on 10/14. See his show if you have a chance. In addition to a great performance, he came out to the lobby afterwards for a chat, photo, or autograph for anyone who asked. A thoroughly genuine, classy guy. Made me proud to be a fan all these years.

Wonderful harmony between Gary Puckett and Jim Glaser. Honestly, I had not heard of Jim until I saw this video and that he composed and wrote the song, Woman - Woman! He has a wonderful voice (and I read recently that Jim had passed away in 2019 of a heart attack at the age of 81). They both are great artists.

Got to see Gary in 1986 at the Roanoke Civic Center Coliseum, Virginia, as part of the Monkees tour. He was the best part of the show! & oh yes, now that I am older I realize why he turned me when I discovered his music while in high school.
