Had I attended the Candlelight Processional this year, Gary Sinise's rendition is the one I'd have wanted. He's an inspiration.

I was lucky enough to see Gary Sinise at this year’s Candlelight Processional. He is one good dude to say the least. My daughter and son in law attended free concerts by him and the Lt Dan Band while stationed at Fort Stewart and at Schofield Barracks when they were stationed there and he host the Snowball Express every year here in my hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. He does so much for our veterans and first responders that it can’t be measured. I’m so happy that me and my family got to see him at the Processional. God Bless you Gary and thanks from my family to you.

My daughter performed in Candlelight tonight with Gary Sinise as host and I couldn't be more thrilled for her to see what an actual hero is and not just some Hollywood bloviating elitist. This guy walks the walk. Kids need to see more of this and less of the terrible denigration of our first responders, police and military by people who don't have the guts to do what these heroes do everyday. They run towards danger so we can get away from it. Remeber that the next time you want to call an officer a pig or take a jab at our military. They fight for our rights to be free and too many people selfishly enjoy those freedoms while talking poorly about the men and women who make it all possible.
