"Come Softly", "Mr. Blue", "The Great Imposter"! I was a munchkin. Used to watch American Bandstand with my mom, starting around 1960 when I was 6 years old. Even then, I loved Rock & Roll. Had a Remco crystal radio in my bedroom, with an antennae wire that ran to a pine tree outside my window. It's all I needed to pull in 50,000 watt 77-WABC out of New York City, some 40 miles away from my New Jersey home.
