He undergo open heart surgery and he also diabetic since he was young and because of his love and faith God sustained his life to inspired many people. If im not mistaken hes also a cancer survivor. Gary is a diabetic since childhood.. He is also a heart bypass survivor and a kidney cancer survivor.. He is a living proof that God moves in mysterious ways.. In 2018 he undergo a heart operation and just after a week of his operation the doctor told him that he has also a kidney cancer.. And within just a week after his bypass operation he undergo kidney cancer operation.. 2 operations in just a month but he manage to watch and support Darren's concert in just a month from the hospital.. A very positive person and a fighter.. That is Gary V everyone in the phil. Look up to him as religious celebrity and good person inside and out.

im also not into worship/religious songs however the melody of this song is just so beautiful... whether you're religious or not, it has that tendency to move you deeply. also growing up in the Philippines, i never really considered this song as a worship song, its actually also used a lot in singing competitions, like a contest piece sung mainly by male singers. but honestly with what's going on in the world now, this song made me cry last night when i listened to it... it moved me so much. and yes he dedicated this video to what is happening in the world rn. i hope all of this shall pass soon!! 🖤🖤

Well the great thing about Gary is he's not in your face like other Christians. He actually respects whatever beliefs anyone has. He said it in other shows. He was singing this to a Filipino audience, and a lot of Filipinos are Catholic, Christian and then other religions as well. So it's just fitting, I believe. Yuh he's got a nice studio.
