Gary, my husband and I are both US Navy vets. I was service connected disabled but due to Obama rules they took it away from me, but I am still disabled. My husband and I are not like these families, but we could use help to have water in our home. I'm on disability and his retirement is not enough to pay bills and meds, but we can't work either. A well drilled cost $4200.00 if we build the building around it. Is there anyway you could help two sailor vets to have drinking water in their home?
