That’s gas station where he says he got the sign was closed way before the 70s. In 1978 gas was 75 cents a gallon. I remember that because because my mini bike had a 1 gallon gas tank

@@dj1698 will do. I don't listen to podcasts but it would make sense. Either contractually they left or just don't see any money without discovery behind them. Very interested to see where the shop goes without discovery. I think he'll be fine. Not like he's building OCC quality (or lack therof) cars. I kinda figured he's scrapping for people if Phips is working for him now.

@@louisamato8667 he said when he signed with discovery he signed away all his social media rights. So while they were doing the show he could never do KZbin/fb/IG. Back then social media wasn’t as big. So now he’s going to do like cars/food show.

Hello Mr. Rawlings, this guy from Jersey misses all of you guys on tv. Not that I don’t like you on KZbin, especially now that you’re not censored 🤬 anymore 😁, but all of the rest of your crew need to be in the videos too . I wish you could start over on another network like Motortrend or something. Or maybe you could start or own channel called ‘Gas Monkey TV’ . You would blow them out of the water with ratings I’m sure . I congratulate you on all your success and hard work. You and the rest of the Monkeys deserve. I enjoy you on KZbin but I miss all you guys. no way that auto shop pays the bills doing one build at a time. One man show shop, yes, but not his shop way to big. One build at a time wouldn’t pay the taxes on all that property. I’m sure he’s doing what he said but he’s not funding the shop business on one build at a time. Either way, he’s done well and more power to him.
